This policy explains what information Barrow Holdings LLC collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to Codeina, the AI assistant web application operated by Barrow Holdings LLC at mycodeina.com, and to any SMS messages we send you or receive from you.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number.

  • Usage information — records of actions taken in the application, such as tasks created and approvals granted, so the service can show you an accurate history.

  • Message content — if you text your Codeina assistant, the content of those messages and the replies, so the assistant can carry out and report on the tasks you request.

  • Technical information — standard log data such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and available.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the service, authenticate you, send the account alerts you have asked for, let you give instructions to and receive replies from your Codeina assistant by text message, and protect the service against abuse. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Mobile messaging and consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you signed up for, and is shared only with the messaging providers required to transmit them.

SMS is optional. When you create a Codeina account you may enter your mobile number and tick an unchecked box agreeing to receive texts. If you opt in, you may receive account alerts, task updates and approval requests, and you can text your Codeina assistant to ask it to do things and receive its replies. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the rest of the service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Codeina — for example hosting, AI model providers that process the requests you make of your assistant, and the telecommunications carriers that deliver messages — and only to the extent needed to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and usage information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact address below.

Security

Access to production systems is restricted, credentials are stored hashed rather than in plain text, and sensitive actions require explicit approval before they run.

Your choices

  • Update or correct your account information from within the application.

  • Reply STOP to any message to stop SMS.

  • Request access to, or deletion of, your data by contacting us.
