Codeina is operated by Barrow Holdings LLC. By creating an account or using Codeina, you agree to these terms. If you are using Codeina on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Codeina is an AI assistant workspace for coordinating tasks and approvals. You are responsible for the accounts you create, the credentials you connect, and the actions you approve.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law or to send unsolicited messages.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or to other accounts.
Do not connect credentials you are not authorized to use.
SMS messaging program terms
Program name and description
Codeina Alerts & Assistant. Codeina sends account alerts, task updates and approval requests to account holders who have opted in — for example, a notification that a task has finished or needs your approval, or a one-time verification code. You can also text your Codeina assistant to ask it to carry out tasks in your account, and it will reply by text. These messages relate to your own account and the requests you make.
How to opt in
You opt in when creating a Codeina account at mycodeina.com by entering your mobile number and ticking an unchecked box agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can use Codeina fully without providing a mobile number.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the messages you send. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To resume, reply START or opt in again in the application.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and security
Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out under your credentials, including instructions sent by text from the mobile number on your account.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms by posting an updated version on this page.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
